Due to our one-of-a-kind products , they are sold “as is” and all sales are final, with no returns or exchanges. Pixie inspects all items once received from our vendors for any damages. If they do incur damages, we take care of this before sending it to our customers. This may cause a delay in shipping time and you will be notified via email or phone. We work with the best carriers to ensure that your product is well taken care of during its travel time to you after undergoing inspection. Because the items are one of a kind, they are made “to order” leaving no room for returns or exchanges.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment Processing Time - All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. We only ship within the U.S Territories. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates - At checkout, you will see free shipping. Shipping charges for your order from the Healing Home & Design Collection will be calculated and sent to you in a separate invoice. Please allow for 4-8 weeks for your order to be delivered from the Design Collection. Also, be aware that most products from the Pixie shop are one of a kind. Expect variations in color, size, texture, and finish. These are not flaws.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking - You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy - We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
