Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment Processing Time - All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. We only ship within the U.S Territories. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates - Pixie Botanical Collection ship for a flat rate fee of $7.00 per order. We cover any overage. Please allow for 3-7 days for your order to be delivered. Also, be aware that most products from the Pixie shop are one of a kind. Expect variations in color, size, texture, and finish. These are not flaws.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking - You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
