Got a vacation rental in need of some help? We've got you covered! There are quite a few aspects to keep in mind for short-term guests, but we'll take the guesswork out of the equation and create a beautiful and memorable stay for them! Book an initial Short-Term Rental Design consultation for $150/hr to discuss the space(s) in question and decide the direction of design and function you would like for your future guests. We’ll cover any questions and challenges you might have, and then create a Plan of Action and execute the design to match the vision, handling every minute detail along the way! Once the consultation is over you will receive the following within 3-5 business days: Estimate for our Design Time Plan of Action for Pixie Living Solutions to complete your project. Together we will explore and discuss the following: Your design style Your vision Any design challenges Room functionality Color Scheme Paint Colors Space planning or furniture arrangement Room measurements if needed Advice of overall space Furniture ideas Artwork Window Treatments Lighting Budgeting Time frame This consultation is estimated to take 1-3 hours depending on the extent of your project and how detailed we need to be per space. This service will be billed hourly at $150/hr, with the initial hour due upon booking. Any additional time will be billed $150/hr after the consultation is complete. We accept all major credit cards and charge a 3% CC fee. If you need to cancel please do so within 48 hours of your scheduled consultation. There will be no refunds for the scheduled appointment, but you will allowed one rescheduled consultation, within 10 days. Thank you, and we look forward to meeting with you!
